Apple has introduced a new app called Apple Invites for the iPhone which helps users create custom invitations to gather friends and family for any occasion.
According to Apple, with Apple Invites, users can create and share invitations, RSVP to events, contribute to Shared Albums, as well as engage with Apple Music playlists.
Brent Chiu-Watson, senior director of Worldwide Product Marketing for Apps and iCloud, Apple said: "With Apple Invites, an event comes to life from the moment the invitation is created, and users can share lasting memories even after they get together."
"Apple Invites brings together capabilities our users already know and love across iPhone, iCloud, and Apple Music, making it easy to plan special events."

Invitations
To get started with Apple Invites, users can select an image from their photo library or from the app’s gallery of backgrounds, a collection of images representing different occasions and event themes.
Integrations with Maps and Weather will give guests directions to the event as well as the forecast for that day.
Users can contribute photos and videos to a dedicated Shared Album within each invite to save their memories or relive the event.
Collaborative playlists will allow Apple Music subscribers to create a soundtrack for an event that guests can access from Apple Invites.
Apple Intelligence
With Apple Intelligence, users can create invitations by tapping into the built-in Image Playground to produce original images using concepts, descriptions, and people from their photo library.
When composing the invitations, users can use Writing Tools to help find the right phrase or sentiment.
Managing events
Hosts have full control of the invites which means that they can view and manage their events, share invitations with a link, review RSVPs, as well as choose the details they want included in the preview.
Guests can view and respond to an invitation using the new iPhone app or on the web without needing an iCloud+ subscription or an Apple Account.
Attendees have control of how their details show up to others and can leave or report an event at any time.
Apple Invites can be downloaded on the App Store, or it can be accessed it on the web through icloud.com/invites.
